Michigan Warriors, established in 2014, began with a group of children asking their coach to create a sports team they could be a part of. In the metro Detroit area, participation in these extracurricular activities have deemed to be quite expensive for most families. Unknowingly, the sports program turned into a safe space for them to have mediation, mentorship, and experience productive activities and events.
Michigan Warriors is committed to providing enrichment to inner-city at-risk youth through mentorship, extracurricular events, counsel, mediation, community service, life resources, and hardship assistance. We understand the importance of guidance, structure, and positive influences both inside and outside of the home. We are dedicated to meeting clients at their barriers, while providing support.
